WIPW number 17

Another Wednesday, wow how time flies!!  Before I show my WIP, I had to to update you all that the 27 kids in my class was just a honeymoon after all...  Two more came today so I'm up to 29.  However, if you remember, I had 37 last year so this is still a blessing!!  Anyway, onto my WIP.  I have two things to share, and yes, they are for the craft show.  The first is a cowl:

Fun fur cowl

It's just a bunch of Fun Fur held together and knit in a K2P2 rib.  Next is a headband from Lion's Brand called Sparkling Headband.  I am actually using Plymouth Yarn Wildflower to do it though.

  2. Yikes, 37 kids?! 29 must really seem manageable after that. I hope your year gets off to a good start. :)

And I love the projects, the cowl looks like fun and the headband has such elegant cables!

  3. I definitely like the pattern on the headbands. I might have to try it some time.

  5. Anything over 2 and I am lost!! That headband would make a lovely scarf with a few more repeats thrown in there.

  12. Not really - they assign them to us on paper and then end up pulling them to help in the office or recess and we never see them. The system stinks!
