After taking a shower we may need to lay/sit down for 15/30 minutes or more. Then, we have to think about getting dressed. You see, EVERY move we make is CALCULATED! If we do some activities (big it small) depletes the energy we have each day. We ask that you understand if we have to cancel. It truly is not choosing something better.
