#RSD #CRPS awareness. Apparently I'm having a flare. This is the most swollen I can recall my foot being. It's spread up to my ankle. I'm not sure what that means. @gooch2169 Do I need to worry?? I wasn't going to post this, I was actually blocked by someone the last time I showed my foot, but awareness for our illnesses needs to be spread. I hope all my #spooniesisters and the #spooniecommunity can support me in this. Whatever your illness is, we are in this together. There's no "I" in this. We need to fight for each other.
