Another Wednesday, wow how time flies!! Before I show my WIP, I had to to update you all that the 27 kids in my class was just a honeymoon after all... Two more came today so I'm up to 29. However, if you remember, I had 37 last year so this is still a blessing!! Anyway, onto my WIP. I have two things to share, and yes, they are for the craft show. The first is a cowl:
It's just a bunch of Fun Fur held together and knit in a K2P2 rib. Next is a headband from Lion's Brand called Sparkling Headband. I am actually using Plymouth Yarn Wildflower to do it though.
So, for more WIP's please visit Tami!
That fun fur does look very fuzzy! Love the colour of the headband.
ReplyDeleteYikes, 37 kids?! 29 must really seem manageable after that. I hope your year gets off to a good start. :)
ReplyDeleteAnd I love the projects, the cowl looks like fun and the headband has such elegant cables!
Love your cables!
ReplyDeleteI definitely like the pattern on the headbands. I might have to try it some time.
ReplyDelete37 kids ? you have classrooom/teaching assistants, right ?
ReplyDeleteAnything over 2 and I am lost!! That headband would make a lovely scarf with a few more repeats thrown in there.
ReplyDeleteWow! 37? Girl I don't know how you do it!
ReplyDelete37 children! You must have the patience of a saint.
ReplyDeleteThe cowl looks like fun, but how can you see your stitches in all that fun fur?
ReplyDeleteI have to say the same, how on earth do you manage to see what your doing he he, it looks awesome though :)
ReplyDeleteAlthough I couldnt imagine coping with so many children :O
I love the cables and the colour of your headband!
ReplyDeleteLol, it's not too bad - you just have to pay attention to it...
ReplyDeleteNot really - they assign them to us on paper and then end up pulling them to help in the office or recess and we never see them. The system stinks!
